I placed my order 22 days ago and it still says awaiting shipment (it was supposed to arrive the 23rd at latest and it is the 31st) I was really looking forward to this order for christmas and am very disappointed

Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.

make sure to prep your lips (apply lip balm or Vaseline) before applying lipstick! If you’re familiar with the wet n wild formulas then you understand what I mean. When you first apply it, it’s almost stuff to glide in the lips but a good prepping does the trick fine. The color is just what I wanted and overall works great!
