Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.
make sure to prep your lips (apply lip balm or Vaseline) before applying lipstick! If you’re familiar with the wet n wild formulas then you understand what I mean. When you first apply it, it’s almost stuff to glide in the lips but a good prepping does the trick fine. The color is just what I wanted and overall works great!
The formula is so smooth and lasted all day even after I ate!
I ordered the Cherries and Wine lipgloss and the Bruised lipstick ( ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL 💋 ) recommended definitely for vampire girlies ;)
Like this a lot! The color is very pigmented and it wears well. Only issue I have is how dry it feels when applying, I feel scared that I’m gonna break it when I’m putting it on. But other than that, I absolutely love it!
