Satin lipsticks

I really loved the lipstick, except the formula felt a little more buttery and it melted easier than when i last purchased it. But overall it's a really lovely!

It's very nice and dosnt dry out your lips, it dosnt look glittery in the pictures but in person it's glittery which was a very nice surprise. It's looks incredible by itself or with a nice gloss on. Would recommend 10/10 👌

beautiful packaging and product!

Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.
