The customer service / communication is so poor, however the product is great. When I ordered, I didn’t receive any sort of contact about when I would get my package or anything, after a while of it not coming I tried emailing Klossias and reaching out to them on tiktok, Instagram, even here on the shop app and they didn’t get back to me until about a week after I sent the first message, and this was after I spammed their Instagram comments with concerns about my order- then they finally replied to me in a comment on Instagram. But barring that, for a while, I received zero response from them at all. And i understand that they’re a small business, it just baffles me that it took so long for me to even get a single response. I will admit, I wouldn’t have needed to ask them questions about my order if I looked at the shipping policy on their website, but I still think it’s important for any business to have good communication, especially if there’s a concern needing to be addressed.
