Lip tints

I really enjoyed the tints they are long lasting and customer service was great!

Accidentally ordered two of the lip tints but I gave the crea to my friend and she loves it just as much as I do!

Brighter color than I expected. It stayed on all day though!

Was not the color in the pictures what so ever, they tried to tell me that it was meant to have pink undertones, but mine is just a bright pink red, sugar plum was supposed to be a darker purpleish color as shown in the pictures. They had Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.

I really like the color and the product i purchased, except i did not like having to wait almost a month for it to arrive. Especially when, at the time of purchase, it had originally said that it would arrive in a week.
