Seller ignores customer emails!

Wrote multiple emails and no response after weeks and weeks of waiting. I never received my package. I just want my refund.
Please do yourself a favor and order from sushyglowcosmetics instead, they sell the same lip tint. This seller is extremely unprofessional.

Never received and Tracking says USPS hasn't even received the item

Want refund. I love your lip tints and have ordered a bunch of times but this time it never came and I need a refund because i'm moving out of student housing in one week and won't be able to receive it since it's over two weeks late. Look at my tracking number. Please help me out I've been a loyal customer.
