Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.

Oh my gosh I love!! This lip mask is stunning! I was nervous about if the red was going to be do dark but it’s so gorgeous!

Nice taste/smell, texture, and color but collects around the edges of lips

I love the lip mask, but only if i set it with powder which ruins the purpose of it being a mask 😿 After applying it, i rubbed my lips together as you usually do with lip products, and the mask immediately came off where i had rubbed and began collecting around the edges of my lips. Eventually all the pigment was smudged around the edges and i had the butthole lip look(this happened with the Cherry Wine lipgloss too 😭 ) when using it overnight i noticed no difference to my lip texture either. When I set it with powder though, the color was great (I got the shade Born to Die) and it stayed on well with the klossias lip liner(WHICH I LOVE!!). I wish the lip mask would've worked out better, but ill still be using it with powder on top!! I also recommend applying it with your finger to avoid chunkiness from the wand. I might be applying it wrong, as i would love for it to work and be able to apply it throughout the day and have a glossy finish instead of having to set it with powder every time 🙏
