So cute! Just what I was hoping for!

I am a girl who hates getting my hands in products because it feels unsanitary to me especially lip products but I love how much product you get in those types of containers and I’d always get product under my nail or have residue on my finger tip after. The applicator is PERFECT and I like its more waxy solid texture compared to other more slippery oily masks. I got the angel which indeed has no scent and I’m very pleased with not just the product but the packaging and freebies! Absolutely loved it! I will definitely be buying more in the long run! Xoxo <3

Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.
