Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.

oh my god words can hardly describe how much i love this lip gloss. the color is perfect, it's sheer and blends really well, you only need a little bit. the color is like a black-red wash of color. it smells nice too, but i don't really notice much of a taste. its sticky enough to last long but doesn't feel gross on the lips.
