Cherries & wine kloss

The only reason that I give this product four stars is because, I’ve found that this brand has a problem shipping out orders, at least in my experience. My first time receiving this gloss was as a gift and it was gorgeous but the friend that purchased it for me, mentioned that shipping took longer than expected and caused it to arrive late (after Christmas) even though she ordered it ahead of time.

Flash forward a year and a half later: to now, lol. I lost my gloss somehow and desperately needed another one since this is one of the only shades I use now.

It took 10 days for them to send an email, saying that the item had been shipped. Usually I wouldn’t make a big deal out of this as Klossias is a small business and as a manager for a small business myself, I understand that things can get busy and you may fall behind— my issue is that they only shipped out the order *after* I emailed them, asking about it. I purchased a lipstain recently, before this, and they did the same thing.

I don’t understand why it takes a customer reaching out for their purchase to get shipped.

For this to happen twice in a row, I hardly believe to be a coincidence and I wonder, “if I never emailed them, would I ever have gotten my package??”

The gloss is a bit darker than I thought, but I don't mind at all. Some of the pigment settles in the inner/drier parts of my lips but if you like a vampy/bloody look it should be fine. I like how it can be layered to be more sheer or opaque!

I love this gloss, the color, texture and flavor are all great! I'ts a nice Light feeling gloss

Overall it’s a good gloss. The texture is thicker and stickier than I expected, and slightly less glossy than it looks in the pic. I find the colour is darker and slightly less red than the pic where it’s swatched on the lip, and more similar to the pic where it’s swatched on the hand. Smells nice. Regardless of the differences in what I expected and what it turned out to be, it’s nice and I like it.
