The lip gloss/oil has to be my favorite though, it’s a nice sheer ish burgundy color and absolutely perfect to top it off with any lip combo imo. It’s also very hydrating and long lasting

Inconsistent emails with customer service. Had to send two follow ups to get a reply, I find this inconvenient and inconsistent, they said they don’t reply to emails on the weekend but I sent most of them on normal weekday business hours, my last email was sent on a Friday at 3:09 but considering time zones I can understand if they close up shop at 5 but it’s also never listed that they don’t reply on the weekends, all I knew is that they weren’t consistent. They only wanted to fix my issue once I left reviews about it, which was almost a week after my initial email.

Love it!

Veryyy nice kinda grungy look. I was worried it might be too sticky but it actually sat very nicely on my lips. Bonus points for smelling like jolly ranchers.
